Adam Fleisher is a Visiting Clinical Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and a partner at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. A corporate and securities lawyer, his practice focuses on a variety of corporate finance transactions. He has extensive experience in international and U.S. capital markets offerings, liability management transactions, private equity firm structuring and private equity M&A, syndicated lending, and securities and loan trading. He is also a member of the Practical Law Company’s U.S. Advisory Board and has served as secretary of the Financial Reporting Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Fleisher holds degrees from Yale Law School Law and from Harvard University, where he majored in Philosophy.
