Where did you go to college and what did you major in?
University of Georgia; Political Science and Sociology 

What is your favorite thing to do in New Haven?
My favorite thing to do in New Haven is go hiking with friends!

What is your favorite restaurant in New Haven?
My favorite restaurant is BAR.

What student groups, journals, and/or clinics have you been involved in?
Challenging Mass Incarceration Clinic, Black Law Students Association (Professional Development Co-Chair), Women of Color Collective (Membership Development Co-Chair), YLW (Outreach Chair), Clinical Student Board (Board Member), Capital Assistance Project (Board Member), Civil Rights Project

What has been your favorite class at YLS?
My favorite class was Capital Punishment with Professor Bright. Professor Bright is an amazing instructor who does a great job explaining the world of capital defense litigation in addition to bringing in speakers from across the country who are doing this work.

What are your career aspirations?
I plan to go into public defense and perhaps capital defense. 

What do you like most about working for the Admissions Office?
I love the opportunity to chat one on one with prospective or incoming students. It is really amazing to hear everyone's stories and welcome them to YLS!
