Anmol Jain

Anmol Jain is an LL.M. candidate at Yale Law School. He holds a B.A. LL.B. (Constitutional Law Honors) degree from National Law University, Jodhpur (India) and has worked as a policy lawyer in India. He has advised the central Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology and several private clients on aspects pertaining to the Indian tech-related laws. His research interests revolve around institutional design, constitutional regulation of political processes, role of technology in influencing democratic discourse, limits and possibilities of a digital state, online content moderation, digital antitrust, and algorithmic bias assessment.
