Avi Perry is a Visiting Clinical Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. Since 2014, he has served as an Assistant United States Attorney with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Connecticut, where he prosecutes criminal fraud and public corruption cases. Prior to returning to New Haven, he worked as an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP; he also was a law clerk for Chief Judge Mark L. Wolf of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and Judge Kermit V. Lipez of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He holds degrees from Yale College and Yale Law School. He and his wife, Julia Perry, live in New Haven with their family.
