Ben Rashkovich is a J.D. candidate at Yale Law School in the Class of 2021. He is co-president of the Yale Law & Technology Society, lead editor of the Yale Journal of Law and Technology, and a member of the Media Freedom and Information Access Clinic, where he has worked on algorithmic transparency and health data privacy. He is interested in regulating emerging technologies and the intersection of technology, human rights, and civil liberties, from algorithmic bias in the criminal justice system to biotechnology and surveillance. Prior to studying at Yale, Ben worked at a financial technology startup in NYC and graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in English Literature.
