Benjamin M. Daniels is a Visiting Clinical Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and an associate at Wiggin and Dana LLP, where he is a member of the Appellate and Complex Legal issues Practice Group and the Education Practice Group. He has significant experience handling appeals in state and federal court, including a recent victory before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. After earning his J.D. from Washington University School of Law, Daniels clerked for Judge John M. Rogers of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and for Chief Judge Irma Gonzalez of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, and also practiced as an associate in the New York Office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.
