Briana Moller is an Associate Research Scholar in Law at Yale Law School. She most recently worked as Staff Attorney at the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley where she assisted clients in locked psychiatric facilities during administrative hearings, represented clients in Riese capacity hearings to preserve their right to refuse psychiatric medication, and investigated complaints regarding abuse and mistreatment while in the facility. In 2018, she was the Emily Spitzer Intern for the National Health Law Program in Los Angeles, and in 2019, she served as a law clerk for Roots Community Health Clinic in Oakland, California. Her primary academic focus sits at the intersection of public health and the law.
