CAI Peiru (蔡培如)

Cai Peiru is a Doctor of Laws candidate at Peking University Law School, having completed her LLM degree at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She focuses on constitutional law, administrative law, privacy, and regulation of technology. She is currently researching personal data, privacy, and cybersecurity regulation, particularly with respect to issues of notice and choice. During her time at Yale Law School, she will conduct comparative research on protection of information privacy in the United States, China, and the European Union.
