Keith Whittington is the David Boies Professor of Law at Yale Law School and the Faculty Director of the Center for Academic Freedom and Free Speech. Whittington’s teaching and scholarship span American constitutional theory, American political and constitutional history, judicial politics, the presidency, and free speech and the law.

Joe Cohn is the Executive Director and Research Scholar for the Center for Academic Freedom and Free Speech. A majority of his career has been dedicated to defending civil liberties on college campuses and free expression in society at large.
