Elizabeth K. Acee is a Visiting Clinical Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. She is also an attorney with LeClairRyan, where her employment and commercial litigation practice spans industries from entertainment and film to aviation and biotech. She has experience with antitrust and unfair trade practice cases, licensing and distribution issues, contract disputes, product liability litigation, and all aspects of employment litigation and compliance; she also has experience working alongside the pharmaceutical industry. Acee has a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University and a B.S. in Environmental Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Prior to joining LeClairRyan, she practiced with Tyler Cooper & Alcorn LLP.
