Eric S. Robinson is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and Of Counsel in the corporate department of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where he has practiced for over 30 years. His work focuses principally upon corporate mergers and acquisitions, and his practice includes both negotiated and hostile takeovers, spin-offs, proxy contests, and advising boards of directors on takeover defense and corporate governance. Mr. Robinson received his A.B. from Harvard and his M.B.A. and J.D. from Yale.
