Eva Herzog

Eva Herzog is a doctoral student in constitutional law at Humboldt University Berlin, working on constitutional law and theory, with a focus on constitutional property, First Amendment and European Law. She is currently at the ISP to work on the role of the German Constitutional Court in propertization and the development of new property rights, especially with regard to the digital sphere. 

She holds a German law degree from Munich, passed the bar exam in Berlin, and completed her LL.M. studies at Yale Law School in 2022.
