Gershon Hasin is a Martin R. Flug Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. His research and publications focus primarily on the regulation of common resources under international law. Other areas of research include law of the sea, outer space law, environmental law, international dispute resolution, and international relations theory. He is part of the litigation team representing the Republic of Colombia before the International Court of Justice in Law of the Sea disputes with the Republic of Nicaragua and assists in other international investment arbitration cases. Hasin is a graduate of Yale Law School and Tel Aviv University.
