The Information Society Project at Yale Law School (ISP) and the International Journal of Communications Law and Policy (IJCLP) have announced their fifth interdisciplinary writing competition and call for papers in conjunction with the third Access to Knowledge (A2K3) Conference taking place September 8-10, 2008, in Geneva, Switzerland.
