Joseph P. Moodhe is a Visiting Clinical Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. A litigation partner at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, his practice focuses on securities and insurance litigation and regulatory matters. He also has broad commercial litigation experience in matters involving bankruptcy and tax disputes, and he led the defense of the Council of Tobacco Research in two class action suits. Chair of Legal Services of NYC-Bronx and a trustee for the Africa-America Institute, Moodhe holds degrees from Harvard Law School and Columbia University.
