Lily Hu is a Professor (Adjunct) of Law at Yale Law School and an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Yale University. Hu has most recently held fellowships at the Jain Family Institute and Harvard University’s Edmond and Lily Safra Center for Ethics. She has presented at a range of scholarly forums, including the law schools of Duke University, University of Southern California, and the University of Virginia. Her work has appeared in Boston Review, The Law and Political Economy Blog, and Phenomenal World, as well as journals including The University of Chicago Law Review and The Journal of Moral Philosophy. Hu received an A.B. in Mathematics in 2015; an M.S. in Applied Mathematics in 2018; an M.A. in Philosophy in 2021; and a Ph.D. in Philosophy in 2022, all from Harvard University.
