Marie Gibson is a Visiting Clinical Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and a corporate partner in Skadden Arps’s New York office. Her primary concentrations are mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate matters, with extensive experience in the health care and energy industries. She negotiates domestic and cross-border transactions, involving both public and private companies. Gibson also provides advice in connection with proxy contests and corporate governance matters.  In 2011, she was named “Woman Dealmaker of the Year” by The M&A Advisor.
