Marina Wilbraham

Marina Wilbraham (she/her) is a third-year J.D. candidate at Yale Law School. Through her work for the clinic, Marina has co-written a submission to U.N. Special Rapporteurs on the criminalization of environmental human rights defenders and researched the intersections between human rights law and the international law of peace negotiations. Outside of the clinic, Marina has worked on issues relating to human rights defenders, strengthening U.N. human rights mechanisms, and immigration. She received a Dual B.A. in Human Rights from Columbia University and in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies from Sciences Po in 2019.
