Marjorie Gabriela Espinoza Plúa is an Associate Research Scholar in Law at Yale Law School. She is a Ph.D. student at Los Andes University in Bogota, Colombia where she focuses her research on fundamental rights doctrinal developments in Ecuador, Colombia, and Bolivia. She has previously been a Guest Lecturer at Simon Bolívar Andean University and a Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of the Americas. She holds her LL.M. from Yale Law School. Espinoza has also been a clerk at the Ecuadorian Constitutional Court.
