Rachel Davidson is a Clinical Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. Davidson previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Lance M. Africk of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and as a legal fellow at the American Civil Liberties Union of Massachusetts. She is a 2020 graduate of Harvard Law School, where she was an executive editor of the Harvard Civil Rights¬Civil Liberties Law Review. During law school, Davidson interned with the Knight First Amendment Institute, Protect Democracy, and the American Civil Liberties Union of Southern California. Prior to law school, she worked for a culinary media company based in Istanbul, Turkey. She is a 2014 graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, where she majored in Middle Eastern Studies. Davidson is admitted to the bars of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
