Richard L. Tenenbaum is a Visiting Clinical Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. He retired as an attorney at Connecticut Legal Services and supervisor of its housing advocacy after more than 40 years. While at Connecticut Legal Services, Tenenbaum handled litigation in state and federal courts in landlord and tenant law, housing discrimination, and publicly subsidized housing programs and has done extensive policy advocacy. He participated in litigation and policy projects that had significant impact locally, statewide, and nationally. Tenenbaum has trained and mentored attorneys across the country. He holds degrees from University of New Hampshire and George Washington University Law School.
