Sadie Blanchard is a Research Scholar in Law and the Private Law Fellow at Yale Law School. Most recently, she was a Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for International, European and Regulatory Procedural Law. She has also practiced law in the field of international arbitration, with an emphasis on investor-state arbitration, in Paris and The Hague, and is an editor of EJIL:Talk!, the blog of the European Journal of International Law. Blanchard holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A. in Economics from Louisiana State University.
