Tower Car Wash

San Francisco City Attorney Dennis Herrera and La Raza Centro Legal filed suit in 2011 against the owners and operators of Tower Car Wash for denying full compensation to their employees. Under the terms of the 2012 settlement agreement, Tower Car Wash agreed to pay one-half million dollars in back wages and interest to employees, and to modify its Health Reimbursement Arrangement to provide employees full reimbursement for all IRS-qualified medical expenses.
