Shu-Yi Oei is a Visiting Professor of Law at Yale Law School. She is also a Professor and Dean’s Distinguished Scholar at Boston College Law School teaching Federal Income Tax, Corporate Tax, Law and Economics, and other courses. Oei is a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel. She is also responsible as a United States National Reporter to the European Association of Tax Law Professors for producing the U.S. National Report on Taxation and Value Creation for inclusion in EATLP 2020 Congressional Proceedings.
