Stephen Stich is a Clinical Lecturer in Law and Associate Research Scholar in Law at Yale Law School, where he is also the Local Journalism Fellow at the Media Freedom and Information Access Clinic and a Resident Fellow at the Information Society Project. He has worked as an Associate at Foley Hoag LLP and a law clerk to Justice Peter Rubin of the Massachusetts Appeals Court. His research focuses on the First Amendment, the Freedom of Information Act, and related issues in political philosophy. His work has appeared in journals such as the American Political Science Review and the Journal of Philosophy.
