About NSG

Welcome to the Yale Law National Security Group!

We are a non-partisan organization that aims to create a space for all things national security and foreign policy at the law school. NSG is open to all members of the law school community. In the past, we've hosted conversations with a wide range of national security experts, including former National Security Advisors Tom Donilon and Steve Hadley, former Deputy Secretary of State Bill Burns, and national security lawyers such as Avril Haines and Tess Bridgeman.

Join us this year for more conversations with national security leaders, as well as dinners and other social events.

If you have any questions about getting involved, please contact us. We're excited to answer any questions you may have

Our members and alumni have served across the U.S. Government, in the White House and at the Departments of Defense, Justice, State, and Treasury. They have also worked for judges, law firms, news organizations, think tanks, tech companies, and international NGOs.
