Kenneth Khoo


Kenneth KhooKenneth Khoo is a J.S.D. candidate at Yale Law School and a Sheridan Fellow at the National University of Singapore. Before coming to Yale, Kenneth received the Ministry of Trade and Industry (Economist Service) Prize for Best Thesis in Economics from the National University of Singapore. Kenneth has academic interests in hybrid areas where law and economics intersect, especially in commercial subjects like competition law, corporate law and contract Law. Within economics, Kenneth's interests lie in industrial organization, contract theory and mechanism design. His work has been published in journals like the Journal of Competition Law and Economics and the Singapore Journal of Legal Studies. Kenneth's current research examines the tensions between antitrust law and various areas of commercial law, including corporate law, M&A law and securities regulation.
