  • Working with Intellectual Property: Patents and Trade Secrets

Victoria A. Cundiff is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. She is also a partner in the litigation department at Paul Hastings in New York, and a member of the firm’s intellectual property practice group, where she leads the firm’s trade secrets litigation practice.  She works with clients ranging from early stage companies to Fortune 50 organizations in a wide variety of industries to prevent and resolve intellectual property disputes through preventive and strategic planning and litigation. Much of her work arises at the intersection of intellectual property and employment law.  She has extensive experience in litigating intellectual property and related commercial disputes throughout the United States and in coordinating multi-jurisdictional litigation. She serves as an adviser on the American Law Institute’s Restatement (Third), Conflict of Laws. Cundiff holds her B.A. from the University of Denver and her J.D. from Yale Law School.
