Victoria A. Cundiff

Victoria A. Cundiff is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. She has extensive experience in litigating intellectual property and related commercial disputes gained as a partner in the litigation department at Paul Hastings in New York. She has worked with clients ranging from individuals to early stage companies to Fortune 50 organizations in a wide variety of industries to prevent and resolve intellectual property disputes and plan IP strategy. She serves as an adviser on the American Law Institute’s Restatement (Third), Conflict of Laws and is the Chair of the Sedona Conference Working Group on Trade Secrets. She recently co-authored the Trade Secret Case Management Judicial Guide, published by the Federal Judicial Conference. She holds her B.A. from the University of Denver and her J.D. from Yale Law School.
