William Horvath

Student Fellow

Will Horvath is a junior at Yale College studying Economics and History. He is interested in the intersection of law and technology, particularly in areas where the existing legal framework may not adequately handle the rapid transformation wrought by technology. He has conducted research on the issue of cross-border data access by law enforcement and has worked as a Tobin Research Assistant looking at Net Neutrality legislation across the globe. He previously interned at ACT | The App Association, an association that represents more than 5,000 app developers and small technology firms in the mobile economy. Outside of the ISP, Will leads backpacking trips as a FOOT leader and tutors in introductory macroeconomics.
