Xiaolu FAN ’22 LL.M. is a visiting scholar at the Yale Law School Paul Tsai China Center. She holds an LL.B. from Peking University, an LL.M. in public international law from Peking University, and recently graduated from Yale Law School. In 2020, she was a research associate at the Peking University Institute of International Law. During her time at the Center, her research will focus primarily on international environmental law and international climate law and policy. She brings to these fields particular interests in historical perspective, the North-South divide, and U.S.-China relations.
