Yiqun (Alice) Ye

Resident Fellow

Yiqun Ye is a LL.M candidate at Yale Law School and a Resident Fellow of the Information Society Project. She is also a doctoral candidate at Peking University Law School at the same time. Her research interests mainly focus on Administrative Law and Cyber Law, more specifically, regulation of the IT industry, platform governance, online surveillance, privacy protection and the conceptual boundary between public and private in digital age. Besides, She focused on public participation and government transparency during her LL.M period at Peking University Law School. And she has served as one of the first official clerks of Supreme People’s Court in China, which gives her a comprehensive understanding of China’s judiciary system.
