Scholars Respond to Compact for Academic Excellence in Higher Education

Six scholars of academic freedom, including CAFFS Faculty Director Keith E. Whittington, have written a joint statement to the proposed Compact for Academic Excellence in Higher Education. Whittington is joined by Professor Robert P. George (Princeton University), Tom Ginsburg (University of Chicago), Robert Post (Yale Law School), David Rabban (University of Texas at Austin), and Jeannie Suk Gersen (Harvard University).
