Solomon Center Co-Hosts Panel on Government and Internal Investigations in the Life Sciences and Beyond
The Solomon Center for Health Law and Policy at Yale Law School co-hosted a discussion on March 10 on government and internal investigations featuring in-house counsel from a range of sectors. The Solomon Center was joined by the Yale Law School Center for the Study of Corporate Law, the Yale Law & Business Society, the Chae Initiative in Private Sector Leadership, and the Career Development Office.
The panel featured attorneys for several of the nation’s largest companies, including Jonathan Leiken, senior vice president and chief legal officer at Danaher Corporation, a global biotechnology, diagnostics, and life sciences company; Brooke Cucinella, managing director and global head of litigation and regulatory inquiries at Citadel & Citadel Securities; Mei Lin Kwan-Gett ’92, global head of litigation and regulatory investigations at Citigroup; and David Pitofsky, executive vice president and general counsel at News Corp. The panel was moderated by David M. Zornow ’80, a visiting lecturer in law at Yale Law School, fellow of the Yale Law School Center for the Study of Corporate Law, and of counsel to Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
