Attendees of the 2022 Liman Public Interest Colloquium — a group that includes former Liman Fellows from around the country — gather at Yale Law School. Liman Center Director Jennifer Taylor ’10 has a goal to connect and build relationships with Liman’s network of alumni and Fellows, which now spans 25 years.

Participating in both the Civil Rights Project and Housing Clinic as a 1L allowed me to gain significant, real-world experience, including helping write briefs to the Connecticut Supreme Court and participating in a segregation lawsuit against the Department of Housing and Urban Development in Hartford. I don't think I could've gotten that level of immersion as a 1L anywhere else.”
