On March 23, the Yale Law & Business Society and the Yale Law School Center for the Study of Corporate Law will sponsor a screening and discussion of the award-winning film “Inside Job,” which documents the 2008 economic crisis and the role of Wall Street in modern society.

Harvard’s Kenneth Rogoff to Give Winter Lecture Feb. 14 on Sovereign Bankruptcy

Harvard professor Kenneth S. Rogoff will deliver the Judge Ralph K. Winter Lecture on Corporate Law and Governance on Feb. 14 on “Sovereign Bankruptcy: Is This Time Different?”
