Please join the Yale chapters of the American Constitution Society and the Federalist Society for a discussion on "Federalism in the 21st Century" with Professors Randy Barnett of and Guy-Uriel Charles. Professor Barnett is the Carmack Waterhouse Professor of Legal Theory at Georgetown University Law Center and Director Georgetown Center for the Constitution. Professor Charles is Edward and Ellen Marie Schwarzman Professor of Law at Duke Law School. Both are distinguished scholars of federalism.
