We'll be discussing pathways forward in Democratic foreign policy, with our focus on one question: How should the Left handle the fall of globalization and American hegemony? To answer this, we'll consider 1) American foreign policy failures since the 1980s; 2) The role of human rights and international law; and 3) The need for a 21st century industrial policy.
