Please join the ISP's Program for the Study of Reproductive Justice, Law Students for Reproductive Justice, and the Latinx Law Students Association for a discussion of reproductive healthcare for unaccompanied immigrant minors. ACLU Reproductive Freedom Project attorney Brigitte Amiri will discuss the ACLU's ongoing case which challenges the federal government’s repeated placement of unaccompanied immigrant minors in the care of religious-based agencies that refuse to provide them with legally required access to contraception and abortion, even for those who are raped on their journey to the US.
Delicious non-pizza lunch will be served!
We hope to see you there!
