The Solomon Center for Health Law and Policy at Yale Law School will host a panel discussion among experts on what happens to drug pricing, access, and innovation in response to novel drug modalities, which are harder to genericize and make into biosimilars, and how this impacts the "social contract" between drug makers and society.

Panelists will include:

  • Rosemary Harrison, Director, TechAtlas Division, RA Capital
  • Anna Kaltenboeck, Director + Senior Health Economist, MSKCC Health Outcomes Center
  • Ameet Sarpatwari, Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Associate Epidemiologist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital
