Description

Julie Rikelman, Senior Director of the Center for Reproductive Justice, will discuss the latest abortion case before the Supreme Court, June Medical Services v. Russo (formerly June Medical Services v. Gee), which she argued on behalf of June Medical Services in early March 2020, and where the case fits in the "life of Roe" and the trajectory of abortion rights jurisprudence in the Supreme Court. Ms. Rikelman will be joined in conversation by Arielle Humphries '17, Legal Fellow at the Center for Reproductive Justice, as well as moderators Cilla Smith, Director and Senior Fellow for the Program for the Study of Reproductive Justice, and Katherine Kraschel, Executive Director of the Solomon Center for Health Law and Policy.
