The Morris Tyler Moot Court competition takes place each year at Yale Law School, culminating in the Thurman Arnold Prize Finals in the spring. This year, the four finalists will be arguing June Medical Services v. Gee, No. 18-1323, consolidated with Gee v. June Medical Services, No. 18-1460. This year's finalists are Zach Lustbader '21 and Emanuel Waddell '21 representing the Petitioner, and Neil Alacha '21 and Peter Kallis '20 representing the Respondent. Presiding over the Prize Finals are Judge Neomi Rao of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, Judge Raymond Lohier of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and Judge David J. Barron of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
