Verónica Undurraga Valdés is a Chilean lawyer and law professor at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. From March to November 2023, she served as a member and president of the Expert Commission, the body in charge of drafting a preliminary constitutional text later discussed by the Constitutional Council, within the framework of the 2023 Chilean constitutional process. She has also served as a consultant for the U.N., Human Rights Watch, and one of the more centrist candidates who did not make it pass the first round of the current presidential election. Her main interests are Constitutional Law, Comparative Constitutional Law, Gender Constitutionalism, Gender Theory, Equality, International Human Rights Law, Sexual and Reproductive Rights, Abortion, Proportionality, Sexual and Reproductive Health Law.'
