Ciara Torres-Spelliscy is a Brennan Center Fellow and Professor of Law at Stetson University. She was counsel in the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU School of Law and an associate at Arnold & Porter. She is a graduate of Harvard and Columbia Law. She has testified before Congress as an expert on campaign finance. She has also helped draft Supreme Court briefs. She published over 20 law review articles and hundreds of legal op-eds in the popular press including The Washington Post, The Atlantic, and Washington Monthly. She is the author of the books Corporate Citizen (Carolina 2016) and Political Brands (Elgar 2019).
