In a few weeks, the Supreme Court will hear the case CVS Pharmacy v. Doe, which asks whether Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and Affordable Care Act prohibit disparate impact discrimination on the basis of disability. To learn more about the case and what is at stake, join the Solomon Center and the Disabled Law Students Association for an event with Sylvia Yee from the Disability Rights Education and Defense Fund, and Doe’s counsel Henry Quillen '07 of Whatley Kallas.
Yale community members are invited to join us in Sterling Law Building Room 122. Food will be provided after the event. All are welcome to join via Zoom!
