Financial Literacy Workshop: Corporate Valuation Methodologies — Part 1 (Comparables)

This 3-hour course (part 1 of 2) will provide an overview of Corporate Valuation Methodologies commonly employed by Wall Street and other finance professionals and expose participants to terms and terminology from a valuation perspective to gain a better understanding of financial aspects of legal matters.

• Using the core financial statements and concepts such as EBIT, EBITDA, time value of money, and overview of transactions
• Overview of valuation methodologies and key terms such as enterprise value and equity value
• Public Comparables analysis
• Acquisition Comparables analysis (time permitting)

A light breakfast will be provided. Lunch will be provided at the conclusion of the workshop.
