This 3-hour course (part 2 of 2) will provide an overview of Corporate Valuation Methodologies commonly employed by Wall Street and other finance professionals and expose participants to terms and terminology from a valuation perspective to gain better understanding of financial aspects of legal matters.
- Finish relative valuation analysis (public and acquisition comparables)
- Discounted cash flow analysis (intrinsic valuation)
- Imputing valuation ranges
A light breakfast will be provided. Lunch will be provided at the conclusion of the workshop.
The workshop will be taught by Alex Lue, a former Merrill Lynch investment banker and Stanford Law School graduate, from Training the Street.
