Description

David Luban teaches in the law school and philosophy department at Georgetown, and is also the Distinguished Chair in Ethics at the Stockdale Center on Ethical Leadership,United States Naval Academy. He has written and lectured widely on legal ethics, just war theory, international criminal law, and legal philosophy. Luban's most recent book, Torture, Power, and Law won the American Publisher's Association's PROSE Award.
