Description

Martina Caroni is tenured Professor of International, Constitutional and Comparative Law at the University of Lucerne (Switzerland) and obtained a Doctorate from the University of Berne and an LL.M. ('01) from YLS. She has extensively worked on issues relating to Migration and Human Rights, is a member of the Swiss Federal Commission on Migration and a Forced Return Monitor for the National Commission for the Prevention of Torture.
