Description

Ever wonder what it's like to be CEO of a Fortune 500 company during a contentious M&A transaction?  You may know the basics of M&A law, but do you know what it actually feels like to orchestrate the sale of an entire company?  To be a great lawyer you must not only understand the law, but also what your client is thinking and feeling as well. Attend this interactive session with Ben Breier, CEO of Kindred Healthcare, which was recently acquired for $4.1 billion. Mr. Breier will be in conversation with Jeff Cohn, Managing Partner, Elevate Partners, for a frank conversation about leadership, business acumen and the importance of resilience, emotional intelligence, judgment and authenticity in the face of high stakes challenges. Lunch will be provided.

Please RSVP here for an accurate head count and include any dietary restrictions.
