Looking to begin or reinforce your meditation practice in the new year?

Join seasoned practitioner and Good Life Center consultant Maria Sperduto for a month of Koru Mindfulness at YLS! In Koru, you will explore new skills every week to find what works best for you. Koru is designed to help you build the habit of meditation and it works. In randomized control trials, Koru is found to reduce stress, improve sleep, and boost self-compassion with just 10 minutes of daily practice.

Class is capped at 16. You must be able to attend all four classes to enroll. Class will be Wednesdays from 5-6:30pm by Zoom, 1/6, 1/13, 1/20, and 1/27. Sign up here to join.
